Mais El Jabal is a Lebanese village nestled in Jabal Amel in Southern Lebanon

For Lebanese : Bring your ID card. ميس الجبل هي إحدى القرى اللبنانية من قرى قضاء مرجعيون في محافظة النبطية. تقع على حدود فلسطين يحدها جنوبا بلدة بليدا وشمالا بلدة حولا وغربا بلدة شقرا وشرقا فلسطين المحتلة جميع سكانها من الطائفة الشيعية وهي بلدة نائب رئيس مجلس الإسلامي الأعلى الشيخ عبد الأمير قبلان عانت البلدة من اعتداءات إسرائيلية كثيرة منذ قيام دولة إسرائيل عام 1948 وأيضا احتلت إسرائيل البلدة عام 1978 خلال اجتياح جنوب لبنان بعملية اطلق عليها عملية الليطاني. حتى انسحبت إسرائيل منها عام 2000 يوم تحرير جنوب لبنان.
