مروان الرحباني: لا توجد أي دعوات قضائية تمنع السيدة فيروز من الغناء

أعلن مروان الرحباني إنه لا توجد أي دعوات قضائية بالمحاكم اللبنانية تمنع السيدة فيروز من الغناء، نافيا ما تردد خلال الفترة الماضية.

وأكد المؤلف الموسيقي الكبير أن الرحبانية لم ولن يفكروا بشكل مادي أثناء التعامل مع الأزمة مع فيروز، واصفا ما يفعلونه "بالحفاظ على فيروز نفسها".

وفسر مروان الأزمة في تصريحات لبرنامج "صباح الخير يا عرب" الذي يُبث عبر شاشة MBC الفضائية السعودية: منصور الرحباني أرسل إنذارا قانونيا إلى فيروز لأنها حينما غنَّت "صح النوم" لم تحصل على موافقته الخطية، وإذا لم تحافظ فيروز على حقوق الرحبانية فمن يفعل ذلك إذن؟

وتابع: لا توجد دعوى قضائية ضد فيروز، وهي لم تُمنع من الغناء، وإنما في المقابل توجد دعوى قضائية رفعتها فيروز بشأن مسرحية "يعيش يعيش"، والمحكمة أوقفت الحكم فيها.

وأكد مروان الرحباني أن عائلته تسعى للحفاظ على المبادئ، حيث أن حقوق المؤلف والملحن والمنتج "أشياء مقدسة"، وتجاهل حقوق الملكية الفكرية جريمة للإنسانية لا تقبل بها الدول المتقدمة، بحسب وصفه.

يذكر أن اعتصاما ضخما قد أقيم ظهيرة الإثنين 26 يوليو بوسط بيروت احتجاجا على منع السيدة فيروز من الغناء.

كما أقيم أكثر من اعتصام بعدد من الدول العربية على مدار هذا الأسبوع تضامنا مع "رمز لبنان"، وضد موقف الرحبانية.

وأصدرت ريما الرحباني نجلة فيروز بيانا في الثلاثاء 27 تموز، قدمت فيه الشكر الشديد لكل من تفاعل مع الحد وتضامن مع السيدة فيروز في الأزمة الأخيرة. وبدأت الأزمة عندما اتهم منصور الرحباني، شقيق زوجها عاصي وشريكه في إبداعاتهما الموسيقية والغنائية، السيدة فيروز، بمخالفة قانون الملكية الفكرية والأدبية، لغنائها روائعها دون استئذانه، بحجة الحفاظ على حقوقه المادية والأدبية.

وعندما قررت فيروز تقديم مسرحية "صح النوم"، التي قدمتها من قبل، واتفقت مع كازينو لبنان علي أن تقدمها على مسرحه، فوجئت بإنذار قضائي يمنعها من الغناء، ويطلبها للمثول أمام جهات التحقيق، متهمة بسرقة فن الأخوين رحباني.

وبدأت المسارح اللبنانية تقاطع فيروز وتخشي التعامل معها خوفا من الملاحقات القضائية، ورفض كازينو لبنان عرض مسرحيتها "يعيش يعيش" لنفس الأسباب، وضاعف من الأزمة أن ورثة منصور نجحوا في تهديد شركات توزيع ألبومات فيروز، فمنعوا عرضها وباعوها سراً، بما يخالف القانون وكأنها مهربات.

عجباً... إنّهم يصادرون صوت فيروز!

لم يعد الأمر سرّاً. ولم يعد من المفيد أو المجدي طمس الحقيقة، والإصرار على تصوير العلاقة بين ورثة الأخوين رحباني على أنها مثالية. لقد بات الأمر معروفاً اليوم، والمشهد واضحاً: أولاد منصور الرحباني أعلنوا الحرب على فيروز، وها هم يستعملون كل الوسائل المشروعة وغير المشروعة لتكميمها، ومنعها من اللقاء بجمهورها في لبنان وخارجه.
ومع خروج القضيّة إلى العلن، تتكشّف قضايا كانت مجهولة من الجمهور. نكتشف أن الراحل منصور الرحباني، كان يؤكّد في كل مقابلاته الصحافية الأخيرة أن علاقته ممتازة بفيروز وأولادها، وكان في الوقت نفسه يرسل لها الإنذارات القضائية، مطالباً إياها بما أسماه وقتذاك بحقوقه المادية.
هل منصور كان البادي إذاً؟ هل هو الذي أطلق الحرب ضدّ فيروز، خلافاً لما يتردّد حاليّاً من أن أولاد الفنان الثلاثة، مروان وغدي وأسامة، استغلّوا وفاته لشنّ حملتهم ضدّها؟ هذا على الأقل ما تؤكّده تواريخ الدعاوى والإنذارات التي أرسلها منصور. ولكن ذلك طبعاً لا يبرّئ الورثة الثلاثة، إذ تؤكّد مصادر مطّلعة أن «أولاد منصور هم من دفعه في آخر أيامه إلى الادعاء على فيروز سعياً وراء الكسب المادي».
وقد حاولنا عدّة مرّات الإتصال بأحد أولاد منصور الرحباني لمعرفة رأيهم بالموضوع، لكنّهم امتنعوا عن التعليق.
في الثاني من نيسان (أبريل) 2008، بدأت سلسلة الإنذارات القضائية ضدّ فيروز. يومها استلمت هذه الأخيرة، من «المدّعي منصور حنّا الرحباني»، دعوى قضائية مرفوعة أمام «المحكمة الابتدائية المدنية في جبل لبنان»، تطالبها بدفع مبلغ قيمته مئة ألف دولار. أما سبب الدعوى، فهو أنّ فيروز قدّمت مسرحية «صحّ النوم» التي «ألّفها المدّعي (منصور) بالاشتراك مع شقيقه المرحوم عاصي الرحباني... والتي لعبت فيها السيدة نهاد حداد (فيروز) دور التمثيل الغنائي». وأضاف نص الادعاء أن فيروز قامت أخيراً «من دون الحصول على إذن من أحد مؤلّفي وملحني المسرحية، الأستاذ منصور الرحباني، بتقديم المسرحية في دمشق مرّات عدّة... بمردود فاق ملايين الدولارات، إضافة إلى حفلتَين غائيتَين في البحرين من كلمات وموسيقى الأخوين رحباني، من دون أن تبادر إلى الاتصال بالمدّعي (منصور) كي تحصل على ترخيص منه... أو كي تعرض حقوقه المشروعة كمؤلّف وملحّن...». وطبعاً أغفل الادعاء ذكر أن سبب شهرة هذه المسرحية والأغاني كان فيروز وصوتها.
يبدو الادعاء للوهلة الأولى صحيحاً وقانونياً. ولكن قراءة دقيقة لتفاصيل القضية، تؤكّد أن ليس لمنصور الرحباني أي حقّ مادي يتقاضاه من فيروز. إذ إن «جمعية المؤلفين والملحنين وناشري الموسيقى ــــ «ساسيم» ــــ هي التي يُفترض أن تعطي منصور حقوقه المادية، وخصوصاً أن هذا الأخير قد أعلن انضمامه إلى الجمعية في الثالث عشر من شهر كانون الأول (ديسمبر) عام 1963.
ورغم أنّه ليس لمنصور حقوق عند فيروز، فإن «شركة فيروز بروكدشنز» التي تنتج أعمال فيروز (والمملوكة منها)، اقترحت عند التحضير لعرض مسرحية «صح النوم» في بعلبك عام 2006، أن تعطي منصور الرحباني حقوقه، وقيمتها خمسة آلاف دولار عن كل عرض، لأنها كانت تدرك جيداً أن الـ«ساسيم» لا توزّع الحقوق توزيعاً صحيحاً (إن وزّعتها). علماً بأن منصور وأولاده كانوا ولا يزالون من قلّة مدلّلة لدى هذه المؤسسة الغامضة التي لا يفهم أحد معايير عملها في لبنان، كما أكد لنا أكثر من موسيقي ومعني بالقضيّة...
وطلبت فيروز من منصور يومذاك، حسب معلوماتنا، المشاركة في التحضير للعمل، لكنّه رفض ذلك. لكن المسرحية لم تُعرض في بعلبك، بسبب عدوان تموز، وانتقلت لتعرض في مجمع «بيال» (وسط بيروت) مع بداية شهر كانون الأوّل (ديسمبر) 2006. حتى ذلك الوقت، لم يبرز أي احتجاج من منصور ولا أولاده. بل بدا هؤلاء فرحين بالنجاح الكبير الذي حقّقه العمل. ولكن الوضع تغيّر عند الإعلان عن عرض المسرحية في الشام، ضمن برنامج احتفالية «دمشق عاصمة الثقافة العربية» عام 2008.
فور الإعلان عن الحدث، وبالتزامن مع تصريحات منصور الرحباني التي شجّعت فيروز على الذهاب إلى دمشق، عرض أولاده على إدارة الاحتفالية استبدال «صحّ النوم» بإحدى مسرحياتهم، لكن الإدارة رفضت. وما هي إلا أيام قليلة حتى تلقّت هذه الإدارة نفسها إنذاراً يحذّرها من عرض العمل. الإنذارات نفسها تكرّرت، هذه المرّة، موجّهة إلى البحرين ثم إمارة الشارقة. وطبعاً أتى كل إنذار بعد رفض الجهات المعنية استبدال حفلات فيروز بمسرحيات منصور الرحباني، حسب الوثائق والمستندات القانونيّة المختلفة التي تسنّى لـ«الأخبار» الاطلاع عليها.
وطبعاً تمّ تجاهل الإنذارات في سوريا والبحرين والشارقة، لكن يبدو أن منصور وأولاده أصرّوا على استكمال حربهم ضدّ فيروز، بعد تجاهل إنذاراتهم، وخصوصاً في إمارة الشارقة، حيث طلب الحاكم الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي، تأمين حماية خاصة لفيروز، وحذّر من التعرض لها، بعدما قرأ إنذار منصور.
لكنّ الجديد بعد رحيل ثاني أقانيم المؤسسة الرحبانيّة، أن ورثته قرّروا نقل المعركة إلى لبنان، وتحديداً «كازينو لبنان». كانت فيروز تتحضّر لعرض مسرحية «يعيش يعيش» على مسرح الكازينو، وإذا بالإدارة تتسلّم، في الرابع عشر من تموز (يوليو) 2009، إنذاراً من ورثة منصور الثلاثة، تطالبها بـ«الامتناع عن عرض أي عمل من أعمال الأخوين رحباني على أي من مسارح «كازينو لبنان»، من دون الحصول على موافقة جميع الورثة».
وحدّد الإنذار الأعمال الممنوع تقديمها، وعددها 25 عملاً، بينها: «موسم العزّ»، و«صح النوم»، و«يعيش يعيش»، و«لولو»... وبعد أخذ وردّ، اتفق جميع مدراء الكازينو على الوقوف إلى جانب فيروز التي كانت ستعيد إلى مسرح الكازينو ألقه، إلا أن المدير العام خاطر أبو حبيب، وهو صديق شخصي لأولاد منصور، طلب حلّ الخلاف «حبياً»، واقترح بدلاً منه عرض مسرحية «صيف 840» لمنصور الرحباني!
موقف الكازينو لم يتغيّر، رغم كل الاعتراضات القانونية من جانب فيروز التي أكّدت أن من حقّ الكازينو عرض أي عمل من أعمال الأخوين رحباني، بناءً على اتفاق موقّع مع الـ«ساسيم» يحصل الكازينو بموجبه على إجازة مفتوحة تتيح له عرض كل الأعمال المدرجة في دليل «جمعية المؤلفين والملحنين وناشري الموسيقى»، ومن بينها أعمال الأخوين رحباني. هكذا، انطلق عرض مسرحية «صيف 840»، في وقت رفعت فيروز في كانون الثاني (يناير) 2010، دعوى ضدّ أولاد منصور وضدّ الكازينو تطالب فيها بالعطل والضرر، عن الإساءة المادية والمعنوية التي سبّبها إلغاء عرض «يعيش يعيش».
وتلفت أوساط قانونيّة مقرّبة من فيروز، إلى أنّ أولاد منصور الذين يمارسون كل هذه المضايقات المادية والمعنوية والأخلاقية ضدّ «سفيرتنا إلى النجوم»، يعرضون أعمال الأخوين رحباني من دون العودة إلى وريثة عاصي الرحباني، أي فيروز. ويشير المصدر على سبيل المثال، إلى مسرحية «المحطة» التي عرضت في «مهرجانات البترون» الصيف الماضي، وإلى الأغاني الرحبانية التي تؤديها رونزا بالتعاون مع غدي الرحباني، وفيلم «سيلينا» المقتبس من مسرحية «هالة والملك» الذي عُرض بعد موافقة منصور الرحباني وحده.
الخلافات التي خرجت إلى العلن أخيراً، دفعت بكثيرين إلى مناشدة ورثة المؤسسة الرحبانيّة أن يحافظوا على تاريخ فنّي وثقافي عريق هم مؤتمنون عليه، وأن يتفادوا الانزلاق إلى الفخ المادي، والإساءة إلى ذكرى عاصي ومنصور على السواء... علماً بأن ما يجري حالياً هو منع فنانة بحجم فيروز من الوقوف على خشبة المسرح. فهل يحقّ لأي كان أن يكمم فيروز، ويسكت صوتها، باسم مطامع وخناقات على التركة؟ هذا ما سيحسمه القضاء اللبناني خلال الأشهر القليلة المقبلة.

 Chaque personne est capable d’écouter,mais « savoir-écouter » est tout entièrement différent. Le “savoir écouter” est un processus qui nous permet :1. De savoir les sentiments du compositeur quand il a composé sa mélodie,2. D’exprimer nos sentiments à travers cette mélodie,3. D’identifier tous les instruments jouant dans une composition musicale,4.d’être heureux,…..Il y a beaucoup de personnes qui écoutent de la musique mais ne savent pas pourquoi écouter!

 A travers de la musique,on peut prier -en tous cas la musique est une prière-,c’est à dire être plus en plus proche de Dieu. Mais il faut premièrement savoir choisir les pièces musicales qu'on doit écouter!

 Par exemple,on peut parler à propos de la musique classique,elle est un genre musical superieur,qui nous aide à améliorer notre niveau culturel dans la vie. En plus,ceux qui entendent toujours ce genre musical, sont plus heureux des autre(en general) et n’ont pas beaucoup de problèmes psychologiques et sociaux.

Pas seulement la musique classique, mais autres genres sont aussi importants.A mon avis,chaque genre musical a son importance,et agit sur l’homme d’une manière differente que les autres genres.Car chacun d’eux est unique.Chacun avait son histoire et sa culture.

وقد أخرج سكان منطقة توسكارورا أجهزة الستيريو واضعين محطة الروك المحلية بأعلى صوتٍ ممكن لمنع الجراد من التوقف في منطقتهم.
وقد أعلن سكان هذه المنطقة بأنهم جربوا وضع نوع مختلف من الأغاني ولكن بقيت موسيقى الهارد روك الأكثر فاعلية.

Les goûts musicaux, révélateurs de personnalités

LONDRES (Reuters) - Les amateurs de musique classique et de jazz sont créatifs, les fans de pop sont travailleurs et les férus de heavy métal sont des personnes douces et bien dans leur peau.

Telles sont les conclusions du Professeur Adrian North de l'université Heriot-Watt, en Ecosse, qui s'est penché sur les liens entre goûts musicaux et personnalité.

"Les gens s'identifient souvent à travers leurs goûts musicaux, leurs vêtements, leurs bistrots préférés et l'utilisation d'un argot", a déclaré Noth.

"Il n'est pas surprenant que la personnalité soit également liée aux préférences musicales."

Pour réaliser ce que North dit être la plus grande étude jamais réalisée sur les goûts musicaux des individus et leur caractère, les chercheurs ont interrogé 36.518 personnes à travers le monde. Ils ont dû classer par ordre de préférence 104 styles musicaux différents avant d'être soumis à un test de personnalité.

"Depuis des décennies, les chercheurs montraient que les fans de rock et de rap étaient rebelles et que les amateurs d'opéra étaient riches et bien éduqués", a dit North.

"Mais c'est la première fois qu'une étude montre que la personnalité est liée à la manière d'apprécier un vaste éventail de styles musicaux."

L'étude conclut que les fans de jazz et de musique classique ont une bonne estime de soi, mais les premiers sont plus extravertis que les seconds, plus timides.

Les amateurs de country et de western seraient travailleurs et timides, tandis que les férus de rap sont extravertis et que les fans de rock indépendant manquent d'amour-propre et ne sont pas très faciles à vivre.

Ceux qui aiment la soul décrochent le jackpot: ils sont, selon l'étude, créatifs, extravertis, doux, bien dans leur peau et ont une bonne estime d'eux-mêmes.

Pour ceux qui se demandent toujours pourquoi un conducteur de voiture de sport rutilante ne peut s'empêcher de mettre la musique à fond, North a peut-être une explication.

Selon lui, les personnes qui écoutent de la musique entraînante ont généralement des revenus plus élevés que ceux qui préfèrent des musiques relaxantes.
